On An Exploratory Visit
Every Thursday from 9-11 am, visitors are encouraged to participate in a tour of the school. Tours will give you an opportunity to learn more about our school’s values and mission, meet our teachers, students and our leadership team. You will also have an opportunity to understand the Parental Contribution model which determines school fees. Our Director of Admissions can arrange for a personalized visit that meets your needs. Click here to confirm which Thursday morning you have chosen for your tour.
On A Personal Tour After Your Permanent Arrival in Canada
If you did not participate in an exploratory visit before immigrating to Winnipeg, we are happy to arrange for a personal tour of the school at your convenience. Click here to schedule a tour and to tell us more about what you’d like to know more about when you visit.
Pay Deposit ($400) and Student Fee ($100)
When you know the date of your permanent arrival in Canada, you will be asked to make payment of a deposit of $400 CDN per child. This deposit will guarantee that a place in the grade you are requesting will be available whenever you arrive during the course of the school year. This deposit will be applied to the total amount you will owe in payments to the school; it is not an extra charge. Because the school is reserving a place for your child, the deposit is non-refundable.
You will also be asked to pay an additional $100 CDN per child for the annual student fee, which covers all of the expenses of activities that take place outside the classroom throughout the year (buses for special class trips, snacks/lunches for Jewish celebrations and holidays, etc.)
The deposit and student fee can be paid by credit card online at www.grayacademy.plastiq.com . (Additional fees may apply). We do not accept international bank drafts or money orders.
