AP (Advanced Placement) at Gray Academy
Students entering Grade 7 may choose to take one or more Pre-AP (Advance Placement) courses that lead up to taking official College Board AP courses in Gr.12. Courses that are offered include Math, Science, Social Studies and Language Arts.  Below is an overview of how AP works from Gr.7-12.
(See PDF table)

AP courses allow students to complete the requirements for each subject area by the end of Grade 11, therefore giving students the opportunity to take an approved AP course at the Gr.12 level.  These courses are University/College level courses that not only give students a high school credit, but allow them to take the International AP exam for University/College credit.
