Judaic Studies at the Gray Academy of Jewish Education form an integral part of the curriculum and the culture of the school from Junior Kindergarten to
Grade 12.
Elementary students spend approximately one half of the school day in Judaic Studies and high school students roughly thirty percent of their time. The core subjects are Tanakh, Hebrew, Chaggim, Jewish history, Israel Studies. Students in Grades 9-12 have a variety of electives to choose from such as the Arab-Israeli Conflict, Monotheism, Science and Religion, Being Jewish in the Modern World, Judaism Through the Arts, Jewish Film and Literature.
