We like learning to be fun. In their first year, students are introduced to the various Judaics themes through song, dance, and drama to create an exciting learning environment.

Students are introduced to Israel through symbols (Israeli Flag & Magen David) and the celebration of Yom Ha’atzmaut.
Students are exposed to Hebrew vocabulary for basic every day language, holidays, Israel, and T’filah.
The Torah is introduced as “The Torah of the Jewish People”. The story of Creation is introduced through art, story, drama and song.
Students are introduced and exposed to basic morning (Shacharit) prayers and daily blessings (B’Rachot) for food and holidays.
Students are introduced to the B’Rachot as well as the customs and tradition of Shabbat. Kabbalat Shabbat is celebrated each Friday with challah and juice. Students participate in the ritual of Havdallah each Monday
